1) Chair Based Exercise  M,W,F 10am - 11am

THIS CLASS IS FREE TO ALL CHAIR BASED EXERCISE PARTICIPANTS!

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and an exercise ball is offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. (This class is geared toward older adults)

2) Water Aerobics M,W,F 9am - 10am
